Delete your account
You can delete your Mugjai account and associated personal data at any time. This cannot be undone.
Delete in the app (recommended)
- Open the MugJai app and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Account & profile.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
We remove your profile, bookmarks, chat history, and Firebase sign-in.
Need help?
If you cannot sign in or deletion fails, email us. Please send from the same email address you used to register with Mugjai so we can locate your account.
We aim to respond and complete deletion within a few business days.
